Hello Everyone,

I have did my one year diploma from Toronto and recently moved to Edmonton to get AINP .but the problem is I just have 7 months of work permit remaining.

Is it possible to get AINP under any of the streams like Employer driven category>>International grad category or Skilled category.

If i apply under international grad ,I need to clear 3 month probation + 6 months processing time.Which I have no time for.

Pls post your idea.Any help would be appreciated ..

Thanks a lot..

Also I have two more questions...

1)Is it possible to apply for extending work permit after getting AINP file number.?
2)Can we apply for AINP with call centre full time job?
3)How much time it might take to get AINP confirmation number after we apply?

Pls do the needful...

Thanks..

You have few options, but the most common two options are.

1.LMO >> For LMO you have to do a job which fall in NOC category A or B. and you have to look for employer who can do your paper work for LMO.

2.Other option is little bit risky which is just continue your work according to AINP (means again in NOC A or B) then apply for extension of work permit, this process is risky because may be AINP approve you for nomination but i dont think so just try or visit to AINP office and explain your situation. if i am in this situation i would prefer to find employer who can do my LMO paper work...

Seriously it is tough situation... but dont worry there should be some way.

Or if anybody have a lot of experience with AINP he or she can reply to your post.
