Thank you. I have tried to contact the clinic again in this regards, the staff insisted even for non-EDE worker applying thro EE, as long as it's a PR application, regardless it's for the principle applicant or spouse, now they don't do upfront medical anymore. This is really frustrating. Did anyone encountered the same?

I did it upfront last week. They are stupid and they have a totally outdated system.
I told them I was applying PR through Express Entry but they keep repeating that their system don't have the choice of Express Entry. Then they showed me an email from the Canadian Consulate (From 2015) where clearly says that all Express Entry applicants will choose "worker" in the system to do the upfront medical. While they showed me this, they keep repeating that they need a letter from IRCC asking for the Medical Exam, they even don't understand the email... finally, and after a half hour argument, they agreed to do it, and choose "worker" in the type of application. One more time, thanks HK to do the things easy, and thanks to your amazing english...
