GCMS notes are very helpful in understanding why you are called in for an interview, and it takes around a month to receive the notes after application. So If I were you, I'd order it right away.

just got it too at the same day as like you . I don’t think it’s a bad news . I think it’s a very good news .
Why do you think it's a good news? Actually I feel sad after I received the notice. But I feel lucky that I have encouragements from this forum and from my husband.
The further step is to consider how to prepare well. Anyone here who had similar experiences, I appreciate if you can share with us.

Well first of all your application is in process . Second as long as your relationship is legible there is no need to be afraid . For me I feel happy bcz I can prove it by myself that there is no doubt about the relationship.
It’s an email titled “Bulletin 1 “ with not much info in it . Just to remind you that they are processing it and it’s gonna take a while etc ...

Does your husband speak English?
My husband is an English native speaker. He speaks French as well.
That will be helpful because the interview is conducted in English.
Even though it's not required my suggestion would be to attend together !
Do you mind sharing your update timeline? I'm curious how long after pre-arrival letter your got DM, and the time after DM how long until you got the PR. Thanks for sharing!
