Same thing happened with me. They had to request it and after one month I got an email from the officer stating that my passport is available for pick up from the IRCC office.

DO NOT EVER USE IT OR TRAVEL BACK HOME.

I haven't got my passport yet. Do you have any advice.

I didn't confirm but I received every transaction update at my email.

I spoke to agent morning. They told me you I saw your passport in CIC office at airport road.
I went to office but they didn't find my file and they told me you have to fill out to request form and they told me we will call you when we find your passport.
I don't know what I have to do?

That’s weird. Fill a request or write a letter to ur IRCC office, and I hope this one works this time.

I got passport after 3 weeks from CIC Etobicoke. They called me to pick passport.
