Please can I use online certification in child care like John academy or Centre of Excellence as proof that I can do the work for HCCP?

Ircc gave me a due date in their request. You can check it in your gckey, there’s an exact date there.

is ok. english in china is not official language and many chinese poor people is not speak english, so you met chinese people is rich.

Not business days. They count calendar days...

Have you heard of another refusal in fb page? He has 28 months experience in HCCP. My hunch is, either his employer’s family went for vacation in another country (that doesn’t count for experience), or his employer didn’t pay the tax. Ircc won’t just give you a refusal without a valid reason. Or he works in a day care setting (which is NOT valid, it should be in the house of the employer).

TIMELINE FOR MY HCCP VISA APPLICATION (outside Canada)

November 27, 2019 - submitted HCCP visa application to IRCC Edmonton
December 2, 2019 - Delivered to IRCC Edmonton
February 24, 2020 - Got AOR (not temporary) email that IRCC received my application submitted on December 2, 2019
July 24, 2021 - got an email from IRCC asking for updated employer job offer
August 18, 2021 - sent the updated documents to IRCC Edmonton through courier
August 28, 2021 - received an email from IRCC saying they received my documents
December 4, 2021 - received an email from IRCC requesting for biometrics, medical, police certificate
December 14, 2021 - biometrics done
December 17, 2021 - police certificate done
December 21, 2021 - medical done
January 4, 2022 - received an email from IRCC saying that my application has been approved

Notes:
- Officer M.I./L. - Case processing officer
- Single applicant from Hong Kong
- HCCP application
