Maybe because you completed your 24 months experience?July2019 applicant here just got background form, nbi and birth certificate request. Didn’t get any job offer update request. Just wondering anyone got the same ?
No not really, cos they didn’t ask for proof of 24 months either. Just curious why an update offer letter isn’t requested.Maybe because you completed your 24 months experience?
That’s so simple. You only have TEMPORARY file number. Second, once the ircc asked for your updated job offer form, then DONT GIVE IT. Problem solved! (The ircc will also ask for your NOA, so don’t give it too).Hello everyone,
can u guys please help me, how to withdraw a hccp application as an employer. We got temporary file number in oct 2020, but now the worker is refusing to work with us and also refusing to withdraw her file.
You can submit a webform for withdrawal. IRCC is taking requests for withdrawalHello everyone,

I think you can send a new job offer however let IRCC ask for that. May be,they dont ask forHello everyone,
I was curious to know if sending another updated job offer is a good idea in response to the minimum wage increase in Ontario to $15/h?
My employer has always offered more than minimum wage. But because of this increase in Jan 2022, the current job offer sent in August 2021 will be under 15$/h. I do not want to be rejected on the basis of a disingenuous job offer. My employer is willing to offer $15.50/h so we are sure it'll be more than the min. wage
Let me know your thoughts
Thanks
We sent the webform but IRCC replied back that as a sponsor we can't withdraw, the only applicant can withdraw. You can submit a webform for withdrawal. IRCC is taking requests for withdrawal
That’s what I said. Why would my employer withdraw my application IF I’M THE ONE WHO PAID FOR MY FEES??? That would be unfair for me who paid it all. But my employer can fool me if she will tell the ircc that they don’t need me anymore, and will refuse to give their NOA. I know some employers who did that to hold their caregiver in serving them for a long time for a minimum wage, they intentionally delayed giving their NOA to ircc. Unfair to the caregiver, right? We sent the webform but IRCC replied back that as a sponsor we can't withdraw, the only applicant can withdraw.
Totally agree with you Proudnanny. It's really unfair for the caregiver after paying everything. The processing of applications is beyond caregivers control. So, I hope employers understand the situation too. That’s what I said. Why would my employer withdraw my application IF I’M THE ONE WHO PAID FOR MY FEES??? That would be unfair for me who paid it all.
