but isn't is better to post on weekday?... they only reply on weekdays. I will post on Monday.Haha. Me too. I'll do it when I get the chance this weekend
Me too, I have submitted my application last december 2019, did my biometrics march of 2020 and no news after that. I’ve been waiting for over a year now, no work or anything at all, and also I’m applying from inside Canada. It’s just so frustrating!I've applied inside canada last July and sill didn't get any news. Still waiting.
This is just so frustrating! I’m an applicant of this program too and have been waiting for over a year already, submitted my application last December 2019 and did my biometrics last March 2020, no news after that until now.Hi everyone. I called IRCC yesterday and the agent was sympathetic but said these types of work permit especially from outside of Canada take a while and then on top of that Covid happened. I feel like this is a hopeless case. And yes, it looks like they want to attract more international students now (brings money to the economy) and I won't be surprised if they are just gonna scrap this whole thing and return fees. I hope I'm wrong.
Hi! What group is this? Cause in my case, I am a 2019 applicant of Home Support Worker Pilot Program and applying inside Canada but haven’t received anything after I passed my biometrics last March2019In the groups that I'm in, I haven't encountered anyone from outside that has gotten a work permit. Usually, the most progress that they have is medical request.
It's a different story for those inside.
Again, this is just from people I have spoken with from the groups I'm in.
Hi! You are probably the very first one who applied for this program among all of us here, from all of what I have read so far. Can I just ask if you tried applying any other options apart from this program?I apply from inside Canada. They received my application in July 2019. Received AOR in October 2019. Nothing heard from them after that.
please wait till mid year. This program is not in priority at all. Its like a lock down situation at this moment. You will start seeing responses on 2019 applications in a few monthsI'm sorry if this offended you. Like what you said, my personal opinion which I am entitled to. I also said in case you missed it that I hope I am wrong because a family member of mine is also in the middle of an application. I have twitted and even emailed the Minister for them to look into this, zero response. It doesn't look like this is one of their priorities right now. if you follow them on Twitter a lot of people have been tweeting about different programs, expired COPRs etc etc and they are not responding to any such "complaints" we have.
Hopefully.please wait till mid year. This program is not in priority at all. Its like a lock down situation at this moment. You will start seeing responses on 2019 applications in a few months
According to who?please wait till mid year. This program is not in priority at all. Its like a lock down situation at this moment. You will start seeing responses on 2019 applications in a few months
because majority will be vaccinated. The good thing canada is ordering vaccines too fast. That a ray of hope actually.According to who?
Exactly but not for Canadian government. This program should be a priority too. Ask from people who need caregivers how important it is.
Yes, there is a hope.because majority will be vaccinated. The good thing canada is ordering vaccines too fast. That a ray of hope actually.
There's actually gonna be a reduction of Pfizer vaccine shipments in the next couple of months so vaccine rollout might be delayed. And like here in Alberta, they're anticipating rollout to general public in Fall. And those working for IRCC are not really considered essential workers or frontliners so they would probably fall under the general public category.because majority will be vaccinated. The good thing canada is ordering vaccines too fast. That a ray of hope actually.
