We did fill up a webform and they told us to send an email to CPC Ottawa. Just found it odd since our file is in Edmonton..
Application package delivered in July 2020. No AoR or official correspondence yet. Can anyone please give me an idea as to when to expect AoR? Also, can I know status of my application right now by any other means?
I submitted my file edmonton in mid august by courier from india under home child care pilot program as a care giver. Didnt receive any respond..? Does anyone know

It is no odd, because I heard that they in Edmonton now are stuck in Edmonton with the application and that they reffering applications to another CPC.
You are lucky one if they reffer you to other office because it meas it will procces faster that if you subbmit in Edmonton.
I know that because they reffer my application to Ontario from Edmonton in February 2020.

This is good to hear, I guess. When I called them in mid February to follow up, I was told that it was transferred to another office but didn't really elaborate much. By end of February, they requested additional documents but mailing address was still in Edmonton..
According to this post, cic offices have reopened in July but still we haven't got any updates.
Has anyone read the information from this link recently? It says it was last updated on September 18. Main details that would be of interest to us:
1.790 applications received for Home child care provider pilot ( with dependents its over 1800 persons) of that 790, 55 cases have been processed to completion with 37 approved and 18 refused.
2. 277 applications for home support worker, with 27 processed, 17 of which have been approved and 10 refused.

We're obviously misunderstanding each other, yes the details are as at December 31, 2019, however, the information has since been updated. But anyway we are all just waiting.
I think IRCC is giving information about old caregiver nd interim prog, not abt new caregiver program.
