I think the closest one is : Permanent Residence (applied by mail)

after 5 months of waiting, our documents returned without notifying us or sending us an email. Until now we didn't receive our documents. They said that they return to the sender last Jan 29, 2020, with a letter of explanation. I'll let you know once I retrieved our Documents.

I don’t have any agent to recommend for u coz I found my prospect employer online. You may try to post your resume on reliable websites like jobbank, canadiannanny etc...try google. There are a lot of websites you can choose from.
