Hi.. Need answer to this question before I apply for HCCP. After gaining 24 months of experience , what if cap of 1100 finishes before we submit our pr application with valid 24 month caregiver experience. Do we have to go back to home country and apply again next year?

If your work permit expires, then yiu can take lmia and extend your work permit

Applicant and Spouse have received PPR request on Jan 15, 2023
But there is no PPR request for Kids 8 and 10 yrs old. Medical of kids was done and they are included in eligibility letter

What should be done next ?

Timeline:

Did you send Study Permit request? Some said the minor dependents should request SP in order to get PPR as well.

for you its already 5 months and wait max 1 more month and God will grace his blessing on you

Hi everyone, if you received your Passport request letter and you applied with dependents minors, there won’t be a separate passport request for them. Just go ahead and submit your passports and theirs with Passport request letter and the eligibility letter.
