after submitted update forms ircc asking for three year noc, so my query is they asking noc for 2020,2019,2018? who applied in 2019. Or 3 years before 2019

They should be asking for NOA, not NOC.
and NOA is required from the employer.

I am inside Canada with 36months plus but still waiting for AOR so I don't know how it works actually. My application was received November 2nd 2020 and had temporary file number in March till date nothing yet so don't really know what is wrong

i was calling the IRCC, but the voice said some “guilty stuff” like the phone is busy in catering Afghanistan issues. So if your call is NOT important like change of contact details, marriage, withdrawal, then you should drop the call and use webform instead. So i felt guilty and hang up the phone. I guess I will just settle with their generic reply on webform.

I am July 2019 HCCP applicant(outside Canada with dependents) and got the request for additional documents like background(IMM5669) & Family info(IMM5406) and Offer of employment (IMM5983) in early Aug 2021 .

I have uploaded the scanned copies into the my online CIC account , however there was no option for employment offer upload so I submitted that via webform.

My question is how do I know that CIC has received all 5 forms? Do I also mail them in parallel or just online upload is good enough?

Maybe you can call the ircc for a permanent AOR. Because my cousin (single) who got her open work permit earlier this year is still waiting for her PR (she’s 3 years with Canada experience), but at least she has an owp.

But I don't HV an AOR I HV called several times but nothing. They asked me to wait for the decision.
My main problem is the open work permit for now.
BC I applied alongside open work permit.

Hi! In last week they show that they are working on files received dates between 7-9 and today they update that working on files received dates between 24-30 jan. But about in between dates like 10-23 jan

I am October 2020 applicant with more than 24 months experience with temporary file number 3 times..but today while I was trying to call IRCC through automated service I came to know that they are doing background check and I don’t need medical and no updation for my file ..but I inquired from my lawyer he said he didn’t get any permanent aor ...what does it mean have they started processing my file ??i am confused

If you didn’t receive any permanent AOR, I’m sorry but they will never start checking your file. They don’t even know yet if you sent a complete application. It was just piled up with all the temporary AOR applicant.
im guessing that you have dependents? I am SINGLE inside canada applicant, submitted last October 29,2020. I already got my permanent AOR this month. I already linked it to my gckey account. But no update yet aside from they’re reviewing my application. I dunno how long will it take. I just want my open work permit.
