Check the ircc website for the guide. You need to have IELTS/CELPIP and your ECA. You would also need a job offer from an employer

Aor means acknowledgement of receipt. Meaning they got your application...

I know. Their processing fee is quite expensive plus paying all the government fees. But on the other hand we would not also know that pilot program if not from the attorney. Hoping for good results.

Anyone can do it on their own. It's all in the guide from the website. I have filed for a lot of applications here and they were all successful. It's just now that I availed the services of a consultant. Sometimes I feel like they're the ones causing the delay

True. IRCC requested some information. I was told by consultant that she will do it until now, no communication after unanswered calls and messages, I just went ahead and did it myself. So frustrating.
