Holding WorkPermit and getting married

Hi,
My cousin holding a work permit (ICT) is getting married to a guy also holding a work permit (ICT) in India.
Do they need to inform IRCC of they becoming a couple now ? I read that CRA needs to be informed and they will be filing their taxes as a family now but didnt find much infromation on what needs to be done on IRCC front.
Is there any other body that needs to be informed of this ?

They do not need to notify IRCC.
