Hello everyone ,
I got my pr card 30th sept 2015 , after that I spent 3months in Canada and came back to Pakistan to complete my mba degree . Now I wil be going back on sept 2016 .
i read that you should be physical present in Canada for 183 each year from that 4 years (out of 6)
Kindly some one explain me this 183 days rule ?

There is no such rule for PR. You are confusing PR and citizenship.

You need to stay 2 out of 5 years in Canada to retain your PR. 4 out 6 years for citizenship.

I am confused 4years x 183 days = 2 years , 6years x 183 days = 3 years, yet qualification is 4 years out of 6. What did I miss ?
Current physical presence requirement for citizenship has two parts:
PR must have total 1460 days (4 years) physical presence within the preceding 6 years, AND
PR must have been physically present 183 days (or more) in each of four calendar years in the previous six years

Bill C-6 proposes to revise this to a single 3/5 years rule.

For a PR still within the first five years, there should be no PR Residency Obligation concerns at all for the first three years, since the PR can still meet the PR RO before the fifth year anniversary. Note: Does not matter when you got the PR card or what date the PR card expires. What matters is the date you landed and became a PR.

There is no minimum required time in Canada in any particular year, just the total requirement to be in Canada at least a total of 730+ days within the first five years or on a continuing basis after that.

I find it much easier to count days absent. Total days absent cannot reach 1095 during the first five years, and after than cannot total 1095 days in any five year time period.

Example: If you landed August 11, 2015, for example:
-- you cannot be outside Canada for more than a total of 1094 days prior to August 11, 2020
-- after August 11, 2020, you always need to have been in Canada at least 730 days within the preceding five years

My question how many days I live outside for one entry
