Hiring services of Campbell Cohen Law firm (Lawyer Attorney David Cohen)

Dear Seniors,

Total of my CRS points is 430, so chances of PR getting to me is from medium to low. So it is good for me if I can get selected in some PNP program. As I can't always keep eye on PNP programs and if I can get instructions for preparation of application and documents to be prepared in advance then I guess it will increase my chances of getting PR.

So I am planning to hire services of Campbell Cohen (Attorney David Cohen).
I have few questions before I take their services.

1. Is it good to hire firm to process your application or do by self? Does hiring firm has advantage?
2. If you have any idea on quality of Campbell Cohen's services, please please through some light.
3. I am in India, so should I still higer their services?
4. I am not satisfied with local firms in Delhi, if you know any local immigration firms around Delhi or NCR please let me know their contact details.

Definitely there are advantages of hiring an attorney as you can be sure of correct documentation on every step and most importantly he can challenge the CIC decision if required. Only disadvantage is of the cost factor (it costs a lot). Can't say about Cohen's firm but I've hired a Canadian attorney who is known as Immigration Specialist of Canada & I'm satisfied with his services. I've heard that he only takes up those cases which has potential to get through, else he would often refuse the cases.

In India, there's Y-axis which provides legal services at an additional cost of $3000. But then again, if you want to hire then why not hire an attorney directly as s/he can serve the purpose of consultant as well as attorney.

I'm an Indian in the US, I am currently using the services of Campbell Cohen. My Fsw application is almost at the last stages and I can vouch for the firm. Their process, communication, advice was an extremely helpful. It was definitely money well spent.
