Hello,

If this is not a good section for this post - please advise.

But we are still looking at the options of hiring a foreign worker - so far we have been advertising for about 2 months.
So we need a coach - NOC code 5252. Is it the Temporary Foreign Worker Program? If yes - this is where it gets confusing ... we looked at the labour market opinion applications - there are two - higher skilled and lower skilled. 5252 is a "B" skill level profession. So that means it falls under higher skilled jobs. The LMO application gives only three options - !) hire temporarily but only for education and film industries 2) support work permit and permanent residence application 3) support just the permanent residence application. Well, we do not necessarily want to support permanent residence application but our industry doesn't apply to education or film... or coaches are somehow education-related. Please if you have any insight ... let us know what to do.

Or should we just call HRSDC or CIC?

Thanks
