I' d like to open a company in Canada
I' m non canadian but I've seen that is possible to open a company as a foreigner.
When I have to hire can I hire foreign worker? I need a LMIA

You can't open a company on your own - you would need a Canada co-owner.

Yes - you need to obtain an LMIA to hire a foreign worker to work in Canada.

Plus to even go down the LMIA route apart from showing no Canadian can perform the role offered then it is possible the company needs to be able to show they are an established company through a number of years of accounts/ tax filing in Canada.
