I hired a representative and he controls my profile, how can I have access to the information he wrote without disconnecting his access?

With everything online now, usually, you can only have one account for one app. As soon as your application is taken over by a rep, he/she will move it to their account.

Multip,e accounts were possible when paper applications were there.
