try these universities....these are for your benefits....
1. University of regina
2. Memorial university
3. university of winnipeg
4 university of manitoba

fees in these universities are comparatively less than many colleges...do check there websites...best of luck

isn't it too early to apply for jan intake in august? I suggest you to apply in mid of the next month.
Your profile is very good. You won't be having any problem getting visa.
I'm also applying for jan intake in general as I got refused under spp in sep intake. The reason was low academics. Can't improve that. Got 52% in 12th. Will I get visa? Ielts are 6.5.
