Hi All,

I completed my masters from Canada in May 2018 but I only applied for PR 3 years later i.e. in Feb 2021. My PGWP has also expired now and I am stuck in the FSW stream with a CRS score of 487. It has been a year since I applied for PR but I haven't even received any NOI from any PNP stream. What are my options for PR and how do I become eligible for a PNP without a job offer?

Thank you!

Research PNPs and its eligibility requirements based on your NOC, PNP score (if have scores), relatives in province etc. What is your NOC?

My NOC is 2174.
Look at Alberta or Saskatchewan. You need to be licensed for the SINP program, and want a SINP score of around 70. Alberta is possible with your NOC but they don’t post selected NOCs. They have a new tech program but you need a job offer.

You didn't apply for PR, you just created an express entry profile. OINP is inviting below 468 only so your score is too high.

Yes correct. I created my Express Entry profile and now waiting for a response. If OINP is only inviting below 468, does that mean I only stood a chance if I had a lower CRS?
