Suggest you read the guidelines first given there is nobody on this public forum that can help you with a refugee application. Cannot see that having a bad neighbour would qualify anyone to be a refugee in any country if that is the only reason.

Did you try moving to a different location in Afghanistan?
As mentioned above, no one here will be sending you an invitation. If your intent is to try and claim refugee status in Canada, you will either need to apply and be recognized as a refugee by the UNHCR in Pakistan or apply for a TRV and submit a claim in Canada.
