It is our pleasure to extend the following offer of employment to you on behalf of Stelfox Group Ontario, Canada; we
are delighted to offer you the position of PROJECT COORDINAATOR, our goal is to continuously offer greatsatisfaction

THE FOLLOWING OUTLINES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT.
THE PARTIES AGREES AS FOLLOWS: DURATION OF CONTRACT
1. This contract shall have duration of 5 years from the date THE EMPLOYEE assumes his/her functions. (The “Terms
of Employment”)
2. Both parties agree that this contract is condition upon THE EMPLOYEE obtaining a valid work
permit pursuant to the immigration Regulations, and his/her successful entry to Canada.
JOB DESCRIPTION
3. THE EMPLOYEE shall work at least 40hours per week. He/she shall receive 50% more than the regular wages for
any hours worked over 44hours per week. His/her work hours will vary by day and night.
4. THE EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to 30 minutes of per 8 hours’ day of break time (lunch, coffee break etc.)
5. THE EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to 1-2 days off per week on various days to be determined.
6. THE EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to 1 months of paid vacation per year.
7. THE EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to 10 unpaid days of sick leave per year.


There are two contract paper attached in my email. Just sharing the reference content to validate and investigate.

It will be fake as most construction job offers tend to be. The website was only created 5/2019 and the projects they highlight are all in New Zealand implying the website is a cloned site from some other genuine company. There are numerous reference all over the site to projects in NZ even one supposedly for a Canada Housing Corporation in Auckland NZ, not very convincing job of cloning a website

Thank you for your advice. Who can we highlight to bring this into the attention of the Canadian authorities. This will make sure anyone else could not get trapped into this.

Unfortunately not so easy to report anything so tends to rely on people using common sense and if looks too good to be true then it probably will be. What is so surprising is took me a couple minutes to look at the website and see the anomalies for a Canadian business but many people do not even do that then wonder why they lose out.

There are so many of these appearing in different forms every week generally construction companies , oil companies or hotels that unlikely there are resources to follow up plus by time they are the operators have long gone but then again they were never at the address or phone number either.

Interestingly the address via Google search used in Toronto appears as an address for another construction company but nothing to do with this.
