Hi, I am an illegal resident in the US, and is it possible for me to get study permit in Canada?

I have a third country passport and SSN, so I can get FBI certificate for the crime record for the application.
However, I have to be honest about overstayed my F1 visa of US for more than 10 years on the study permit application.
Is it still possible to get study permit in Canada?
I know it requires strong ties for home to make sure you leave the country after studying. I do have job offers that I will work for the company in Asia after my study in CANADA. However they dont sponsor me for the study.

Unfortunately there's really no chance of approval without status in the country you are living in now. You are right that you will need to declare the fact you are out of status. The US and Canada also share immigration information so Canada will know regardless. Any sort of temporary visa unfortunately isn't possible for you without first returning to your home country and living there for at least a year to reestablish ties. If you qualify, you can apply to immigrate to Canada from the US through a program like Express Entry and without returning to your home country. For immigration applications, over stays are forgiven as long as they are declared.
