I submitted my study visa application in Japan on June 8 but it is being processed in the Philippines, this takes 7 weeks. I received an email saying that my account was updated but when I checked my account there was no new information/message there. Could this be a systems error? or could it be that there system is not compatible with a MAC computer. I previously had trouble completing one of the documents on my laptop and I had to use a Windows operating system to complete my application.
