Hi,

You can carry it with you but you will have to declare it to customs at the time of landing, as you have cleared the medicals it wont effect if immigration come to know about it at the time of landing.

You can take it with you but you need a doctor's prescription. Once you have cleared medicals it wont matter here. I wouldnt suggest couriering it - because medicines in courier often get intercepted - take it with you with a doctor's prescription

After that Nigerian boy incident a few months ago, I dont think any form of liquid is allowed on board. You need to check with you Airlines. Only they can tell, they face this typa questions pretty often.

every country has its own rules but generally a letter from ministry of health and doctors prescription is good enough
