-From June 2012 till July 2020 I was in Dubai and have some credit cards, Due to Pandemic I lost my job in 2020 and have used my credit cards and came back to INDIA. Now in March 2021 i came to now Banks in Dubai have deposited my cheque for bounce and have registered Police case as per UAE Banking rule.
Here I want to apply Canada immigration but recently came to now Dubai PCC is a part of Canada immigration process. Please let me know what if I dont show my Dubai employment experience and instead will show the entire 18 years experience from INDIA,
-Will that work?
-How come in canada immigration process comes to know my UAE xperience if I hide in my CV?

Even if you don't claim points for your work experience in Dubai under the "Work History" section, you will have to provide the PCC for Dubai as that document is required for any country where the applicant has lived for more than 6 months (in the last 10 years or since he reached 18).

Canada will know about your UAE experience because you will be required to list all the addresses where you have lived during the last 10 years.

You would also need to provide a copy of your passport with all the pages having visas, entry and exit stamps, etc.

I can't answer to that question as I don't know the requirements for that kind of visa. However, I don't think that visit visas are currently being issued due to the travel restrictions still in place in Canada.
