Hi all,
my ICT VISA was rejected with the following reason: You have not demonstrated that you come within the exceptions under section 186 of the regulations exempting you from the requirement to obtain a work permit.... and also in refusal letter following was ticked "You have not demonstrated that you meet requirements of specialized knowledge as per R205(a)"

My experience was less than 4 years and I did not mention the experience of 7 months with first employer as that was a start up a, Can anyone let me know what could be the potential reason for rejecting with the above said reason?

My employer is planning to re-apply and please suggest what all should be taken care off in order to get this through and whats the probability of getting VISA approved in second time.

Note: My employer had mentioned my job title(different from what am working in India) wrong in the application will that be a reason for rejection?

Thanks in advance.

where r u now and where have u been in the last 4 years, that holds the answer.

Hi Aryaban,
I did Bachelor's in engineering, I work for a MNC and my previous employer was a MNC too, I am into IT industry,
I did not specify my exp with start up as I dint know that Exp matters for ICT transfer. Now I want to add my 6 months of exp during re-filing will the VO compare my previous application form with the new one? Do i need to give proper justification on why wasn't this exp showed up previously?

Please help.
