Hey guys , after the first interview , when should i deliver the medical report
And what is it about , should i receive an email from the embassy first ?

You can check your application status online including your medical report.

Yea i know , but what should i do now . I did the interview but they didnt determine any time or data about the medical report .. what should i do now

If you have provided your email address as a source of communication, you will receive medical request via email. You don't need to do anything until you hear from CIC.

They give me the form "ID" , date of hearing and the medical test papers in the first interview, they mentioned that I must submitted the medical within a month... did not they give you hearing date?
 
You should do the test within 30 days of your first interview and your doctor will sumit the result electronically to IRB.

I maybe wrong but you have to wait a while to request medical
 
you need to wait just 3-4 days to your info to come up on the system for medical examination after you got your refugee claimant paper.
then you will go see one of the physicians authorized by CIC for your mandotary medical exam.
afaiu you are currently a refugee claimant, pr application medical exam is another story.
and you need to do the medical exam in 30 days.
