So, my husband landed a month ago- a great relief- now we're waiting for his son to visit us from Greece in about 3 weeks. He just turned 18, and was included in the non-accompanying dependants of my husbands app. The question now is, since his first priority is to be able to work here, should we do an inland app with a work permit or an outland app (like my husband) and wait it out? Can he work while he's waiting for the outland app?

was he examined? A senior member should weigh in on this because I am curious about the answer, but if they werent examined they cant be sponsored now.... curious.

Both his sons did the medicals and the police certificates, yes.

There is no in-Canada processing for minor children. His father will have to sponsor him through Mississauga and Rome. He will not be allowed to work until he receives his PR status.
