Help!

Hi everybody,

I have a question about how to look online what is going on with my papers!? I was trying to do that 5425353 times, but nothing happens. It's just saying that they were not able to identify me using the information I provided. I was checking, and the information I provided there were correct. So, I really don't know what to do about it? Does anybody have some idea?
My partner and I have sent those papers to CPC Mississauga in June, 2011 and he received the approval of sponsorship last week, where they inform us that they are going to send those papers to the Visa Office in Vienna.
So, what now? Do we have to wait for VO to inform us about the stuff, or? How much does it take for Vienna to finish their part of job?

You should be able to log into CAIPS using the sponsor's infomation and your receipt number

also try signing up for the ecas tracker so it helps when you cant check they email you the info

hi i guess you can log in to your application status by entering reciept number or client id number you should get this number from your partner also once visa office recieve the file they will send you knoweldge letter that they recieve the file and if interview required that they would contact you good luck.

@Sunshine: it's possible that you can't log in with correct information. They sometimes make typos. Call CIC to confirm login information.

I had the same issue. Couldn't log in using my info, client ID or File #.
Hubby gave me the receipt # and I am able to log in without any problems.
