Help!!!

I was in canada on 23 april but my program was going to start on 6 may.

I applied for a job on 27th april saying them that i could not work till 6th of may and they agreed too. And they asked me that your orientation would be on 28th of april but we will give you job after 6th may.

After completing 20 hrs of my job they sent me the salary of 23 hrs saying that 20 hrs is of ypur part time job and the rest 3 hrs is for the orientation which was held on 28th april...

Will you please tell me it will have an impact on pgwp or not and also if it is illegal then what to do now???
