I had applied for my PR under FSW in Dec'14, my application was forwarded to Warsaw, Poland from Delhi, India and I got the request for my medicals and PCC in July'15. I had a valid medicals which I had done in Mr'15 for my visitors visa extension and hence my lawyer sent these medicals to them. In Dec'15, since I hadn't gotten any kind of update from the immigration, my lawyer emailed them and asked the status of my application. Due to the different code for medicals used for Visitors extension and PR, they were not able to see my medicals. Hence, after informing them, they approved on the CIC website that they received my medicals in dec'15.
Now, since my old medicals would expire soon (that is in Mar'16) and to avoid any further delays, I did new medicals in Jan'16 information of which was sent to the immigration.
It has been really long and I haven't gotten any kind of update what so ever. Does any one have any idea the reason why my application has been delayed so much?
