Please help!!!!
I received my lmia 0631 , 6March went to boarders and denied my work permit because they found that i was working illegally in Canada. They gave me 6 months inadmisability and 20 March i travelled back to my country with my own expanses.
My lmia will expire 6 September.
I applied to express entry and 29 of March they sent me invitation to apply.
Please if anyone knows about my possibilities to take pr and what about if my lmia will expire, it will affect my application

I doubt anyone can tell you exactly what is going to happen since Express Entry is so new and since your situation is so unique.

Just to add - make sure you don't try returning to Canada during the six month inadmissibility period. If you do, it's quite possible you'll end up with a 1 year exclusion order on top of the ban. You must stay outside of Canada for the full six months.

very complicated situation but one thing which I can tell you is you cannot apply during your Inadmissible period have to wait

I would say go back to your country , then apply for extension work permit with the LMIA within 6 months, other ways it will expire , you cant use this anymore. This way you would not lose LMIA and come back in Canada after 6 months with valid work permit .

In addition to updating your profile, I wonder if you will have to show Proof of Funds in this instance. Rule is that you have to be legally allowed to work in Canada and at the time you will have to send your ITA documents (before end of May) you will not be in legal status to do so. I am not an expert, but it seems possible. Any comments?

I don't know what the answer is but you're right about the "legally allowed to work in Canada" bit. He doesn't meet this criteria at this time due to the six month ban.
