I'm interested in applying for the Quebec entrepreneur program. And after looking at the list of requirements, there are 2 things that I'm not sure of. I'm from Egypt, so I don't understand who those chartered accountants are that are supposed to prepare financial statements. (What do they mean by chartered?)
And another thing, there are no notices of assessment in Egypt. You simply fill out a form and pay the taxes, and you get a document stating that you have no taxes due. So again, I don't know how to fix this situation.
So, I hope people on this forum will be able to shed some light on these matters.
