Help work permit renewal refused

I have a pending spousal sponsorship application in process was called for an in terview and no decision has been made yet but i applied to renew my work permit and it was refused on grounds that am a subject of a removal order that could be enforced and i cant apply for work or study permit how do i get back in status and get a work permit

If you are under a removal order you cant.You must wait for the decision of the removal order and even if you are under a sponsorship,you may still be removed as its obvious they have found something they didnt like in the interview.
