Your wife can't marry someone in the UK if she is still married to you so your question is a moot point.

The only way she could marry someone else and sponsor someone else is if you two are divorced.

Hello.

As my file is still in CIC office Mississauga but my wife withdraw my application which was filled in 2013, as she is asking for divorce for some stupid reasons. Our marriage currently registered in Pakistan and I dont want to give her divorce because I never hit her or I never touch her mobile, and she is still making it look like a big scene. I really love her so much.

What actually i want to ask that If she try to marry someone in UK, CIC will ask her about divorce letter or she doesn't need divorce letter to immigrate someone?

I know she can't lie to CIC but still ur comments r highly appreciated.
You can't stop your wife from withdrawing the application. It's her right to withdraw the application if she no longer interested in sponsoring (it doesn't matter what you did or didn't do - she can withdraw the application without having a reason). As for your marriage, if you want to try to save it, by all means give it a try. If she really wants to obtain a divorce, she will eventually be able to do so with or without your help.
