Help with the initial in academic records (not fully written) and written in full in passport

Dear ones,

My name is Venkata Sai Sri Charan Akella and for instance, my surname is initialized in all the certificates and is kept as such in full in passport. Now when i am planning to apply for WES and feel that it might pose a problem.So, please let me know how should it be addressed. Should i be changing name on all my certificates or is there an alternative to address this issue ? Please help me.
