Hello!

I'm a graduate student from Italy and in September I'm moving in Canada for a DOUBLE DEGREE program. I'll still be pursuing my Master's degree here in Italy AND at the same time a Master's degree in Canada. Thus I need a Study Permit.

It's the first time I'm applying for a visa so I'm a bit unexperienced! So here are some doubts I had during the application procedure:

1) While doing the "eligibility test" online, I've been asked if my study plan requires a professional working experience. My university here in Italy requires it, but the Canadian University does NOT. Should I stick to the Canadian study plan or should I refer to the overall Double Degree plan? If possible, I'd like to do an internship in Canada during my studies.

2) I downloaded the document "IMM1294E" and started filling it out. In the "Details of intended study in Canada" section, I am asked about my tuition fee. However, as for the Double Degree program, I'm not required to pay any tuitions at the Canadian institute and I'll be paying the tuition for my home University only. Should I just write down "$ 0"?

3) Just after that, I'm asked about my employement for the past 10 years. I don't have any relevant experience, apart from a one-month internship. What should I put in here?

Sorry for so many questions! Hope you can help me!

Bye! :)

Got another question!

How do I translate my documents (e.g. financial statement)? Can't I just do it myself? Do I really need a certified translator (but who's that?? I don't know anyone) AND do it at the presence of a notary?! That seems way too complicated
