Help with regards to postage/courier (From UK)

Today we got notice about our sponsorship application and somehow we had forgotten one form.
Luckily they didn't return it and said if we send the form within 30 days they can add it to our application.

The problem is they sent us a PO box address specifically for returning this form, however if using a courier they won't deliver to a PO box and using any other form of postage seems very hit or miss for when it will arrive.

The PO they sent us is not the standard one for sending applications initially.

You don't really have a choice! As it is only a form, it will fit in a normal letter envelope and so not be subject to the same customs scrutiny as a parcel would, so it should go through quickly. I suggest Royal Mail international track and trace. You can track it up to the point they shove it on a plane, then it all goes quiet once it gets to CanadaPost, but it should get there.
