Hello

i have a problem, where my company is part of an organization it is a holding in teh organization and all the legale issues from stamping ect. that deal with the Government is done throught the organization name, not the company name,
suppose the my company name is "xyz" and my organization is "abc" if i want to use a legal stamp "witch is register with champer of commerce" i must use "abc" stamp on "abc" paper, by My contract is under the "xyz" company , i don't have a problem getting a reference letter printed on any of them "abc" or "xyz" the only problme is my contract that show the company as "xyz" so i am confused what should i use for the reference letter "xyz" or "abc". hopefully someone understand my problem.

Regards,
Bassem

If your contract has xyz, you had better use the letterhead xyz. The stamp is not necessary but the letterhead; signature and business card are sufficient.
