On form "Application to sponser and undertaking" which is form IMM 1344 A
theres a question that we just dont know the answer to, the question is
"Do you wish to have the application for permanent residence of the person you are sponsoring processed at the visa office responsible for this country?"

if you answer no it says "the application will be processed at the visa office responsible for the country of which the person you are sponsoring is a national"

Im from England
Thanks for your help in advance !

Are you currently living in England, or have you been residing legally for more than one year in another country?

I'd have it processed in London, if I were you. And since you live there now, it sounds like that's where it'll have to go anyway. Be happy - London seems to be one of the faster offices!

Good luck!

Are you English or just living in England? If you're not English, where is your citizenship?

If you are a British citizen then you would answer no. Your case will be processed in London,England and this is supposed to be one of the fastest offices (let's hope anyway, I am also going through London!)
