Hello everyone

I have received an invitation to apply for OINP in-demand skills with job offer

The job title and NOC in my contract is: sorter of recyclable material NOC 95109

And the job title I am applying for in the EOI is material handler- forklift operator NOC 75101 and the job offer i have is for material handler- forklift operator

However, the actual job and duties that I do in my company is for a forklift operator, but still hold the old noc 95109

But all the work, letters of experience and pay slips

Mentioning that iam a forklift operator and iam doing forklift operator duties

So what should I fill in the gaps at the work history section :
as in the pic

Old job title: sorter of recyclable material and old noc

Or the Forklift Operator title and new noc

Thank you

Use Forklift Operator (NOC 75101) for your work history.
OINP cares about the actual duties you performed. Since your pay slips and experience letters say "Forklift Operator," your application must match those documents to avoid a contradiction.
Don't worry that the old contract says "Sorter." As long as your Experience Letter confirms you did Forklift duties, that is what counts.
For safety include a brief Letter of Explanation stating that your role evolved from the initial contract title to the duties reflected on your pay slips.
Match your Work History to your Pay Slips and Experience Letter.

upload in your portal, Reference Letter, Detailing your Forklift duties.
Pay Slips: Showing the Forklift Operator title.
The Employer’s Explanation Letter: The one on their letterhead explaining the NOC change.
The Old Contract: (If requested) Keep it at the end of the file, but let the Explanation Letter be the first thing the officer sees.

Merge the Employer’s Explanation Letter and your Experience Letter into one single PDF for the "Work Experience" slot. This ensures the officer reads the explanation at the exact moment they are looking at your job titles
