My wife and I are at the stage where we want to get a copy of my wife's GCMS notes. However, I have some questions about how to order them.

Under the Act & Record Selection,
1) What Act should we select? Access to Information Act? The Privacy Act?
2) What type of file should we select? Electronic files? Physical files? Does it matter?
