I have friend is thinking of doing to the French exam to help increase her score.

Anyone here could help her, like past papers or pointers, any help would be greatly appreciated.

She may want to find someone who can guide her for the first 1-2 months as things can be up in the air for a big beginner to thrive through all the resources online. It may take her at least 6 months before she can see any improvement and can be at a A2-B1 level.
After cover all of the essential grammar points, she may want to see which french test she is taking and then try to understand the structure of the test. The most challenge point will definitely be Speaking and Writing. Again, those are things that only experienced french speakers can help her with. Youtube is her friend and don`t be afraid to listen to french video or music as regularly as she can (even if she can not fully understand them). ``Français avec Pierre`` is one of my favorite youtube chanel for learning basic french. I consider myself as an advanced french speaker and I can tell you that French is way more complicated then English. It is such a beautiful language though. Good luck !
