Help with Date of Last entry into Canada

Hi, I have been in Canada on work permit and visited USA for 2 days. While returning to Canada, the officer only looked at my work permit and did not stamped the re-entry. What date should I put in the Question 11 on IMM0008, Date and Place of Last Entry into Canada?

Pls help. Should it be the last time, I returned from India before going to USA or should it be the date when I returned from USA though there is no stamp on the passport.

The date you last entered Canada, which appears to be the date you returned from the USA - stamp or not.
