Date and place of your last entry to Canada

Hi,

I am a little confused about the above question in the PR application form. I am a home support worker and have been working here for over 2 years. In this period, I have gone on vacation for about a week to US. In this case my last date of entry into Canada should be the 1st time I entered Canada to start my residency or the date I returned from vacation?

Please advice.
