Help with course and college/uni selection

Hi guys

I have completed my Bachelors of Commerce from India and looking forward to apply for further studies in Canada. Can anyone help in deciding course or college/uni ?

Can I go for a college program or is it better to apply for a university ? Also, which province is good for application ?

I will be taking up my IELTS soon,,,,,

As far as I know, for a university you need a 4 years under-grad degree whereas B.Com is a 3 year course (I did it from D.U, no idea about other universities).

Search for program of your choice here - http://www.aucc.ca/canadian-universities/ and since 4 years of prior study is required, the best way will be to go for a college, diploma course maybe and then apply for masters program. This being said, wait for some senior, more experienced member to reply. I might be wrong
