Student Visa Rejected and Applying to a Uni

Hi All Members

It would be greatful if someone can help me.
I did diploma in Electronics Engineering and got admission in Fanshawe College for Electronics & Embedded systems. My visa got Rejected.

IELTS score
L-8.0
R-7.0
W-6.0
S-7.5

My consultant suggest me to apply to a university for bachelors.

Now i got offer letter from Ryerson University and Lakehead University. I am little confused to choose a uni.
Which Uni is good for Engineering higher studies ??
And also to get visa without any issues ?

They are both good universities, with Ryerson ranking much higher.
What were the reasons for rejection? Did you apply for your GCMS notes?
No one can promise you will get visa without issues as there's more that go into the VOs decision than the admission offer.
