[Help!] Why only me getting re-medical request while my spouse hasn't?

Hello!
I am an EE outland applicant (filed March 2020, with my spouse). After long time waiting, today I received the re-medical request only for myself.
Does anyone know why my spouse is not getting the same request? We all did the exams two years ago and should be expired now.
