Hi. I need an advice.

Ive already taken my ielts and passed. However, my partner, he's basically exempted na sa languages test because he's 57. Exempted na kasi 55 and up. He's skilled and educated

My problem is each time sasagutan ko ng "none" yung language test taken box nya, didna mag mmovemforward yung questionnaire, but sa next window lalabas na ineligible.

Please can somebody help me paano nyo ginawa sa mga may same situation like me na may partner na exempted na sa language test. Humingi ba kayo ng waiver or pano nyo ginawa sa express entry? Wala naman kasing option for that sa assessment.
???

Sa Express entry as a skilled worker eligibility assessment, may question na any english or french language test taken then may answer box whether ielts toefl etc. Sakin, i answered ielts then next the date...etc..etc. So ok na. Pagdating sa husband ko, since 57y.o sya, exempted na sya sa language test. When i answered none, dahil walang option na exempted, nag appear na ineligible na. Di manlang umabot sa skills, etc

I was wondering kung may naka experience nito and ano ang naging solution nyo?

???

If you are asking about Citizenship - you are in the wrong section of the forum.

If you are asking about PR - no one is 'exempt' from the language test. Language test exemptions only apply to citizenship.

She is asking if there is an exemption in English test since her husband is already 57 years old.

To the OP @kjaere, this is not a Filipino forum or thread, kindly use English.

If your EE profile becomes ineligible, it is not because you selected “none” under your spouse language. Check if you met the 67 points in the FSW selection criteria (I am guessing you are applying under FSW since your post is not really clear).

Oh dear. So sorry. I thought I was in a Filipino forum. Thanks for the information :)

So sorry I posted in a wrong thread. I was reading a forum from a certain Filipino group and opted to post a thread myself from there, didn't know it went to this section.

Please tell me how I can erase my thread here...
